Amazing customer service

I bought a beautiful towel that happened to have a rare defect. I had splurged so I was initially disappointed. I reached out to customer service not thinking they’d really help me but they were amazing! They were super responsive, quickly replaced my towel and were very kind in the process. I will definitely buy from Local Beach again. Not only is the product superior but the service was exceptional.
