COMMON QUESTIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) ship the same day from San Diego for in store merchandise. (excludes Pre-Orders) Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We don’t ship on public Holiday so any orders placed will be processed the next day. If product is out of stock customer will be contacted with an updated ETA, an alternate item, or offer of a refund. Shipping charges are calculated based on value of the products you are purchasing, a delivery address, and freight service selected. You can view the shipping charges of the products you are purchasing by adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Flat rates are $4.00 up to $34.00 and $7.99 for order values of $34.01-$59.99. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $60 OR MORE IN THE CONTINENTAL USA. (ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR LARGER ITEMS TO HI AND OTHER OUTLYING TERRITORIES) 

All of our shipments are insured by Shipsurance with a coverage of up to $200. In case of loss theft or damage, we will file a claim with our insurance. If the claim is approved, we will re-ship the items covered by the insurance or issue you a store credit in lieu of items that are unavailable. No refunds will be issued. 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Please consider Priority shipping for time sensitive orders.

2-3 Priority (Business Days) and Next Business Day orders must be received by 12pm Noon pacific time. Available on featured items only.

Priority packages are usually delivered in 2-4 business days within the USA. 

Please note that Holiday Season may extend delivery times.

*Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time, over the weekend or national holidays may be processed the next business day. Delivery times are an estimate and can not be guaranteed.

TRACKING PACKAGES

Please use the tracking number emailed (from info@localbeach.com) to you to track your package. Once your package leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the carrier, we have no control over it.

Please contact the Carrier (USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL)) directly for any inquiries.

We are not responsible for misdelivered, incorrect addresses, and lost or damaged packages. We will not issue a refund or reship a package.  Only place an order with us if you accept the above condition. No exceptions will be made.

 SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Packages shipped to International addresses generally take 10-15 business days to arrive. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take longer. 

All international packages are shipped via an expedited or standard service using DHL/UPS/USPS. Shipping method is assigned or chosen at checkout. Delivery times vary for each country/region. Please refer to your tracking information that you will receive in your shipping confirmation email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Carrier estimates for Express International Shipping to ASIA, EUROPE, Australia & New Zealand is 2-5 Business Days. Customs Clearance and processing may extend delivery times.

CANADA

Economy International: 6-21 Business Days

Expedited: 2-4 Business Days

Customers are responsible for all customs, duty taxes or fees that may become due upon receipt of package. Our prices do not include any of these fees or taxes.

Please note that import duties, fees or taxes may apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Local Beach assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. All International sales are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Local Beach goods as much as we do and are happy to accept a return of your items for something that better fits your needs. Please make sure all items are returned with tags, in the original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of the fulfillment date for US customers.

If you didn't purchase free returns you can initiate your return or exchange by emailing us at info@localbeach.com. Please note, when making a return or exchange there will be a fee for the shipping label. As much as we would love to be able to offer free returns and exchanges, as a small family owned business we are unable to do so at this time.

In the email, you’ll need to provide your order number, which can be found in your original confirmation email or the shipping label on your package.

Please note that a returned item must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags(ribbons) attached. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@localbeach.com and we will gladly help you.

Please note that all items marked as final sale, purchased with a “sale” banner, items purchased during a flash sale, and items purchased at 30% off are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are final sale. 

Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition. This can take up to 10 business days. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.

Exchanges

You may exchange new, unworn, and unwashed items for a different size or color of the same style/price range. if you purchased unlimited returns please select the link and log in. https://www.localbeach.com/apps/redo/returns-portal

After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via an E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size/color using your store credit. If you did not purchase unlimited returns please email us at info@localbeach.com

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you out in the best way possible. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (up to 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We greatly appreciate your patience for our small business!

Credit card numbers are securely encrypted and stored on our secure database servers until the order has been processed in our main data environment.

SALES TAX

Lcoalbeach.com charges sales tax in California and Indiana only. All orders will be taxed based on the shipping address using up-to-date tax rates.

We periodically send emails to our customers to help keep you informed of new products, features and/or special promotions. In every email that we distribute, we include instructions on how to remove [unsubscribe] your email address from the distribution list.

SECURE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION PROCESSING

Our web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your credit card information from a secure web page to a secure application on our server. Once on our server, your credit card number is saved only long enough for us to process and approve the transaction. During the final stages of ordering online, you will see an unbroken key or locked padlock at the bottom of your browser window and https:// in the location window at the top of your browser. Both of these indicate that the page you are on is secured using SSL encryption to communicate with our secure web server. Because SSL encryption slows down a web site, it is only used in the final stage of ordering, before and after you enter your credit card information.
