RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Custom Orders are Final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any custom apparel.

All accessory orders including hats, blankets and towels are Final.

All purchases are final, however Local Beach will gladly allow any full priced apparel purchase to be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:

1. Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise contact Local Beach by emailing: info@localbeach If your exchange is within the guidelines listed above we will email you an exchange authorization within 1 business day after receiving your email.

2. Once you have been authorized to make your exchange, send back the items you wish to exchange to the below address making sure it is postmarked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. INCLUDE your exchange authorization# in your package. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not postmarked within 10 days of receiving the purchase. We recommend using a service with insurance and tracking.

3. Once we have received your return and it has been approved, you will be notified by email with a store credit promo code. The credit includes the cost of the product and tax, but excludes shipping.
